So I have wasted 3 days going around in circles trying to reactivate my LEGAL license after a hardware upgrade to meet the requirements of Win11. I have a support case lodged on Sunday afternoon (now Tuesday morning 10:40am) after spending all morning going around in circles with the useless "help" system provided. The activation screen specifically asked for me to call for the activation but there is no way of doing so, Meanwhile we have a crippled machine for our small home based business, they are more interested flogging new rubbish that I don't need or want that trying to help me. I hope someone can help me, this morning I have spend over an hour going around in circles again and getting nowhere.

Hi Pavle, thank you for the answer. I have been going around in circles for 3 days with that link you posted. The Win10 license was linked to the account as far as I remember so the activation should have happened automatically but didn't. I tried using the license key but was not accepted, I guess it is tied to the old MB. I'm pretty sure that one of the instruction was to call M$, there is no way of "calling M$", a stupid AI bot answers that's doesn't even understand me as I'm not a native American speaker!! I have an open case with them. I hope I'm still alive by the time they call me.
