Does windows ink allow wet and dry stroke customization beyond DrawingAttributes in UWP ?

WPF allows a custom DynamicRenderer to achieve such results.

Maybe you know if there is a similar thing in UWP to achieve effect of drawing with a stamp from a .png instead of a vector line (like in all of the drawing software) ?

This is the standard windows ink stroke.

I want to achieve effect like this

When png images are distributed along the stroke as you draw, so in wet stroke as well as dry.

The question is, if this is possible via windows ink APIs ?

Yes so it is rendered in wet stroke as well as dry
