I can't publish my solution but I could test and debug it. reason why?

I'd say 99 percent of project names have no spaces in their name.

Try testing it on another computer to see if it can be published. -

2021-06-30T13:18:33.103+00:00 I tried on another machine but the same error. Is there some setting in VS I need to change as for the application to compile? I am using windows 10 with full admin non domain user. Personal computer.
VS 2019 newest version.

Check if the path is existing.
Try deleting the release folder and running your application as administrator. Make sure these files are not occupied by other programs and you have permission to access the path.Hope it could be helpful.

Try to uninstall all your nuget packages , then clean and rebuild the solution, then publish again.
Beisdes, you can try another visual studio edition to publish this project. -
