HI..i recently had an update and following that my sound options have been removed the speaker symbol has an X through it and i have no sound.. i have also downloaded recent audio drivers and still no change.It show that there is "NO AUDIO DEVICE IS INSTALLED" please this issue

    Hi Saurabh,

    Please follow the steps below to check your sound settings:

    1. Open Settings on your laptop.
    2. Search for Sound.
    3. Click on All sound devices.
    4. Select your Output speaker.
    5. In the General settings, ensure that the device is allowed.

    If the above steps don’t resolve the issue, please visit your laptop brand’s official support portal and install the latest sound drivers compatible with your device.
