JavaScript code bocks cause a Access Denied message when sharing code

I get the following error when trying to post a JavaScript example.

Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://learn.microsoft.com/answers/answers/437500/post.html" on this server.

Script tags have issues as well as script within markup.
