black screen, help

Hello, I need urgent help. yesterday I installed a third-party theme on my windows 10 and the screen froze, so I pressed the power button to turn it off, when I went I turned it on again log in as normal but the screen was black, I turned it off and on again, but this time I could no longer log in. I use peripherals, but when I try to execute commands I don't allow it and the cursor only appears when I move the mouse.

Power on the computer > when you see the computer manufacturer's or Microsoft icon power off

Repeat: Power on the computer the second time > when you see the computer manufacturer's or Microsoft icon power off

Repeat: Power on the computer the third time > wait for it to open Windows Recovery Environment (RE)

Then perform a system restore:

If you're unable to open Windows RE on the problematic computer then find a working computer to create a bootable Windows 10 iso:
