I received a Microsoft startup sponsorship, after I have already used a pay as you go azure subscription.

Part of the sign up required me to use the Linkedin SSO, which has had the effect of creating multiple logins. This causes significant issues with signing on to Azure Portal, Intune, Office Portal etc.

I have no idea how to resolve this.

When you sign up for Microsoft for Startups using LinkedIn SSO, Microsoft may create a new Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) tenant or associate your LinkedIn identity with a new directory. This often results in multiple identities—one linked to your original pay-as-you-go subscription and another tied to the startup program—which can cause conflicts when accessing services like Azure Portal, Intune, or Office 365.

1.To resolve this, start by switching to the correct directory in the Azure Portal by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and selecting "Switch Directory." Choose the one associated with your startup sponsorship.

2.Next, sign out of all Microsoft services, clear your browser cache and cookies, and then sign back in using the correct identity.

3.You should also visit the Microsoft Entra admin center at https://entra.microsoft.com to review which identity is linked to which tenant under the "Users" and "Tenants" sections.
