PLEASE HELP I ATTACHED THE SQL SERVER REPORT ERROR. I WAS TRYING TO INSTALL SQL SERVER 2022 ON MY LAPTOP

There is no attachment to your post.
In C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\160\Setup Bootstrap\Log there is one folder per installation attempt. There are plenty of log files in these folders. The ones of most interest are summary.txt and details.txt. Feel free to attach these two files from the most recent Log folder here. If there is a file with ERRORLOG in the name, please attach that file as well.

The ERRORLOG file was not the one I expected, but that's alright, you followed the instructions.
I suspect that you are running into a known issue where Windows 11 for some disk drives reports a sector size that SQL Server does not cope with. Microsoft has published an article with workarounds for the problem. Try this article and see if it helps.
