I have tried everything in the help files. Authenticator shows it is working on the admin panel and even works during test but I cannot even sign in the see my month bill.

2025-07-17T16:29:11.5333333+00:00 Sign on says enter the 2 digits from Microsoft Authenticator but there is nothing on it so I can't log in.
