Recover Unsaved Document

I need help I deleted 10 chapters of notes it wasnt saved and need them back asap as it is for an exam

For as long as the document remains open, you can get content back with Undo (Command+Z). You can use the command multiple times if necessary.

If you are synchronizing files with OneDrive, check your OneDrive account for older versions.

However, if the document was never saved, then I'm afraid there is nothing to recover.
