How do I make the ghosts on the task bar show for Windows 11?

In my new system, some icons appear in the task bar (where I placed them) & several are completely hidden. I can use them only when I hover over them (to find the one I want).

Right-click an empty space on the Taskbar.

Click Taskbar settings.

Scroll down and click Taskbar behaviors.

Look for "Combine taskbar buttons and hide labels".

Set it to:

Never
