Problem with Bluetooth

Hello everyone! I'm wondering if anyone is able to help me out here. I was trying to see if I could connect my AirPod Pro's to my PC, but as soon as I went into settings and clicked Bluetooth this popped up (Posted Below). I've done troubleshoot and it isn't helping me in the right way. Does anyone have a solution?!

    Let's check some additional information to help resolve the issue:

    1. What is the make and model of your device? In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter. Please share a screenshot of that window.
    2. Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager. Expand Bluetooth Section. Take a screenshot and share it here.
