Internet Explorer TLS settings error

Dear Microsoft Support,

One of my PC is facing a Internet Explorer TLS error when I use internet explorer to access to different website, it keeps on showing "This page can't be displayed due to TLS settings".

I have tried to restarted the Internet Explorer service in control panel and reset IE settings as well.

Can you please help to advise a solution to fix the TLS issue in internet explorer?
