Is there a way to Install Azure Function Core Tools on Windows ARMx64 device using winget?

Azure Functions Core Tools cannot be installed natively on Windows ARM64 using winget, as the official package only includes x64 and x86 binaries. Installing via winget will result in the x64 version, which may require emulation and not run optimally. The recommended approach for Windows ARM64 is to manually download the ARM64 ZIP from the Azure Functions Core Tools GitHub Releases, extract it, and add the folder to your system PATH. This method provides native ARM64 support and ensures better compatibility on ARM-based Windows devices.

There is no MSI installer for Azure Functions Core Tools on Windows ARM64 because Microsoft has not created an installer pipeline for ARM64, and they only publish ARM64 builds as portable ZIP files.
