Hi there,
I'm Cherrelyn, and I'm here to help.
I'm truly sorry you're going through this. If both 48-digit BitLocker keys from your Microsoft account don’t unlock the drives, it’s likely either the wrong drive is selected or the encryption metadata is corrupted. Please try to double-check you're entering the correct recovery key for the correct drive. Each key is tied to a specific hardware ID. If neither key works, and recovery tools like CMD or the recovery environment can’t unlock it, unfortunately, there’s no way to bypass BitLocker even Microsoft can’t unlock a drive without the correct key. At this point, you can try professional data recovery services, but BitLocker encryption makes recovery extremely difficult without the proper key.
If you decide to wipe and reuse the PC, you'll need to boot from a fresh Windows installation USB and delete the encrypted partitions during setup.
Warm regards,
Cherrelyn
