Microsoft Authenticator not working

For a few days now my authenticator app is not working correctly. When i try to log in i get the authenticator message but when i choose the right number it says it failed and i have to try again. I already deleted the authenticator en added it again but i still doenst work. I can still log in with my password but the authenticator keeps on failing
