Having troubles while writing my question here bcuz this cmd window is preventing me from even typing.
i've read about this problem on many websites.
tried a lot of solutions:

  • Malware scan
  • Disabled all Startup apps & shell:startup
  • Ran a sfc /scannow & dm /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  • Right click on C and and checked for errors
  • Clean boot
  • Task schedular

I can't even screenshot it since it's too fast

i would appreciate any help!
Note: i have the files from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST) ready if anyone would like to check.

As I stated, the fixlist was posted for a different purpose (fix UAC and inspect some executables). It's not meant to fix the original issue. You need to run Process Monitor to narrow down the Command Prompt issue, as mentioned already.

However, I noticed that your OS license is VOLUME_KMSCLIENT. KMS activations are illegal on home systems. Since it amounts to piracy, further support can't be provided due to the forum's code of conduct.

There are no rogue tasks or startup items. The console windows may have been triggered by an app that's currently running. We can narrow down the issue using ProcMon. Before proceeding, run the fixlist below to inspect certain files and fix the UAC settings. The script also queries the activation info of your PC.

    • Download fixlist.txt
    • Save Fixlist.txt to the same folder as FRST64.exe.
    • Close all programs.
    • Launch the Farbar Scanner tool and click "Fix".
    • Restart Windows when prompted.
    • Upload the output log file (FixLog.txt) to your OneDrive.

NOTE: The fixlist.txt script was written specifically for this user and for use on that particular machine. It is not recommended to run it on another machine, and don't run the same fixlist.txt more than once.

Download Process Monitor and save it to the desktop. Will post further steps after seeing fixlog.txt.

Please share the Farbar scan logs on OneDrive and post the link here.
