Help with Authenticator

Question

I use the Authenticator app as a backup method for accessing my social media accounts. However, something strange happened recently. My iPhone broke, and after performing a hard reset by the Apple Store. I had to log back into all my accounts (which was expected). But when I opened the Authenticator app, someone else’s information appeared. I immediately signed out and logged back in using my own info. Unfortunately, during that process, the Instagram authentication for my account was deleted, and now I’m completely locked out. There’s no one to contact through the Authenticator app for help, and I haven’t been able to recover access.

Do you have any advice on what I can do? It’s really frustrating not being able to use the social media account I’ve had for years.
