":-( Something went wrong. Login required" error when configuring connector

I've been getting this error for ~2 weeks whenever I try to add/configure a new connector in my existing Teams channels. If I create a new team, I'm able to configure connectors, but it's not an option for me to move everything to a new team.

I've been researching this error and it looks like a lot of other people are facing it:

In that last post, someone mentioned that an MS support ticket needs to be opened in order to fix the problem for each user, but that didn't seem to work for everyone.

Is there anyone who knows a solution to this issue? If not, where should I file a support ticket?

Yes, that's a know issue and should be investigated from your account, since affect specific channels.

You can open service request from your Office 365 admin center
