I am using Teams on my M1 Mac mini. My audio is currently running through an ifi Zen DAC V2. When ever I answer or make a call or try to join a meeting, it starts and the immediately crashes (Oops we have had an issue!).

I have tried setting the audio to my Bluetooth Jabra headphones, which resolves the issue. I am on the most recent release of MacOS and Teams.

I suspect it could be just an intermittent issue, please create a new fresh environment for MS Team. You can always go back to the previous Mac OS profile whenever you want.

    Please follow these steps below:

    1. Create a new Mac OS  user account:

    https://www.imore.com/how-create-new-user-accou...

    1. Install MS Team in a new Mac OS user account.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/m...

Or as an alternative, you can also use MS Team online https://teams.microsoft.com please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers.

With that said, I do believe this issue needs to be investigated furthermore by the MS Team engineering team so they can determine the best next steps for this particular issue.

I highly suggest you report this issue, If this is a bug normally they will release fixes but as a community advisor, I can't guarantee that for you since I don't work for Microsoft.

Follow these steps: Select Help > select report a problem
