delete failed message

Settings that allow owner to delete all messages is checked however, messages in a standard channel cannot be deleted, keep receiving delete failed message.

This might an temporary issue for users. You can simply let the affected users sign out Teams and sign in again to check the result. At the same time, to narrow down this problem, you can also educate users go to Teams web client (https://teams.microsoft.com/) to double confirm the situation.
