    Hi

My name is Daniel. I am an Independent Advisor.

I'm wondering whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as the only recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. Then try to log in.

Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

As per the error message on your post, it sounds it's related to the license issue. I'm afraid the MS Team license has been assigned to your account

Are you the admin in thsi case? If yes Please visit this link and double-check whether your account has been assigned an MS team license or not.

    https://admin.microsoft.com/#/users

Please refer to this article on how to assign licenses to users.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/...

    sign-licenses

Please make sure all checkboxes have enabled in the following link:

    Hi Daniel,

same problem, It even does not ask my loginname but gives directly the error message.

point is that this customer is using his pc and I am using my pc and both we have the same problem.

because we can't login it should be not in the accounts.

I have looked if payment was done and it is.
