Having an issue with MS Teams on mobile locking during a video call.

When joining the call, and rotating the phone landscape it tends to remain unlocked. However this is not always the case, sometimes it will jsut continue to lock itself.

If it does remain unlocked, if I check the video call chat, it proceeds to start locking itself

Is there a reason as to why it does this, and is MS going to apply an update to stop phones autolocking while in calls/on app?

Teams is currently on 2.3.1 so it is currently up to date. Also note that this locking issue is only apparent on teams, other sources of video do not lock while being used

I suspect it could be an intermittent issue or maybe a bug.

Have you tried to uninstall it first before reinstalling it again?

Let me know if the problem still persists, I will assist on how to move forward this issue to the MS engineering team for further investigation.
