Teams Error 401

Question

Office works just fine, but when i select teams it refuses to connect. I haven't done anything in the settings and it worked just fine a few minutes ago. Not even change of computers work. So its not an IP problem.

I really can't do anything with it and Teams are essential tool to study for my school.

All help is appretiated.

Sou Eliana, mãe do Rafael. Os problemas de acesso não foram resolvidos por aqui. Quando desligamos o computador e acessamos o Teams  aparece a mensagem de erro e a página não recarrega. 

Somente funciona quando eu desinstalo e o reinstalo novamente. Desta forma acesso. Mas, se desligo o computador, quando vou acessar, aparece o erro novamente.

MS Teams services are restored.

Final Status: We monitored the environment and confirmed that the service was working as expected. If the user is still experiencing the impact, he must restart his clients to recover. Some users may see Int text above their profile pictures and the client restart should also delete this new text.

Impact Scope: This issue may have affected each user.

Start: Tuesday, 27 April 2021, 17:58 (9:58 UTC)

End: Tuesday, 27 April 2021, 20:05 (12:05 UTC)

Preliminary root cause: A recent configuration change caused a specific feature setting to contain an incorrect value, which affected the service.

Title: Can't access Teams

User Impact: Users may be unable to access Microsoft Teams.

More info: Users able to access Microsoft Teams may experience degraded performance with multiple features.

Current status: We're analyzing system telemetry to isolate the source for the issue. In parallel, we're reviewing recent changes made to the service as a potential root cause.

Scope of impact: Initial indications suggest that any user could be affected by this issue.
