According to the error message, it shows that you didn't join the organization. Since you mentioned that the Teams on your laptop works perfectly, I'd like to confirm if you have joined the organization and whether the issue only occurred when you sign into Teams mobile app.
If the problem only happened on your phone, it is suggested that you try the following methods and check the result:
1. If you have set up 2-step verification, please disable it temporarily and sign in again to see the result.
2. I guess your personal account and work account are using the same email address. If so, you can try the following steps which helped several customers. Firstly, sign in with your account. When you are asked for password, please hit "Sign in with a different account" and then use this the same account to sign in. If it asked for work or personal account, please choose Work and sign in and check it works for you.
