Disable "Notify When Available" Setting

My company uses Microsoft Teams for Business and we are interested in disabling the "Notify when Available" option in teams however in the Teams Admin Center we don't see that option available to disable. Is it possible to disable the "Notify When Available" option from being available or usable and if so how do you do it?

    At this moment, this is not possible.

    There is UserVoice request which another users are also requesting for that

    Maybe you will not be able to access the link at this moment as Microsoft is migratin the uservoice pages to another solution which will be available soon.
