    I wonder whether you are experiencing the same issue when using MS Teams online.

    Please follow these steps below to isolate the issue:

    1. Please go to your computer then open your chrome or edge browser as recommended browsers to access MS Teams online.
    2. Please go to MS Teams online https://teams.microsoft.com
    3. The try to log in.

    Are you experiencing the same issue when you are using MS Teams online from your computer?

    I have seen some users lately reported issue with the assignment, please see these posts.

    I suspect it could be because of the recent rapid growth of Teams causing overload requests on the server. You can read the news here: https://www.crn.com/news/cloud/microsoft-teams-...

    I suggest your admin open a support ticket to MS support in Office 365 admin center. Your admin can receive email support or phone call support.
