Teams completely empty. No functions

Question

Hello all,

my team looks like this after setup:

This help page cannot be closed.

I have already rebooted several times. In the web application I have absolutely the same behavior. I am totally at a loss.

I wanted to test Teams to see if it is suitable for us in the company. But when you have such problems right at the beginning.... Incredibly annoying.

Am I doing something wrong, or is something not working?

Hello Daniel,

another strange thing: in another organization I get the icons on the left, but no matter what I click on, I only ever get the "Help for Microsoft Teams" page.

I also don't see any way to close the page somehow.

I don't have this problem in the browser in other organizations. Only on the desktop app.

I'm wondering when you go to MS Team mobile app, are you experiencing the same problem?

Please try to use a cellular network instead of WIFI when you access the MS team mobile app from the mobile device.
