Microphone Robot Voice Problem

I have two different Blue Yeti Nano microphones

I have a 2019 Macbook Pro that only has USBC ports

I have two different lengths of these USBC to Micro USB cables

I've have an audio recording of the problem, but I'm not finding anywhere to upload a .mp3 file on this forum.

Basically, only with Teams, after a few minutes, the audio quality of the microphones turns awful and my voice sounds all robotic. I've tried different cables, with or without a USB hub, a completely different Macbook laptop with Teams, and the problem persists. I don't know how to fix this, I think it's a Teams problem, I never have this issue with Zoom or on my Windows PC.

    I can't figure out how to make a test call in Teams web

    I'm using version 1.5.00.17261 of the Mac app, las updated on 7/6/22

    I tried to make a test call in the Mac app, but it only lasted 30 seconds. The problem often occurs 3-4 minutes into whatever call I'm having

    I tried clearing the cache, that did not help

    Per your description, please share some information with us to better assist:

    • Does this occur when using both teams on the web and teams client?
    • What version of Teams are you using?

    To narrow this down, please try the following:

    • Please try to make a test call and check to see if issue persists, to do so click the icon in the top right choose Manage accounts>devices and then you should see a test call button, then let us know the results.
    • If the issue only persists when using Teams client you may also try to Clear Teams cache - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs
