Additional Class Notebook-related features and issues within Microsoft Teams for Education

According to your description, it seems that you want to insert Forms in your class notebook, and you cannot sign in.
If my understanding is right, may I know if you are using OneNote client or OneNote Online? We have tested it on our side with OneNote client and OneNote Online and we can create a new form successfully.
Given this situation, if you are using OneNote Online, we’d suggest you try another browser or try InPrivate window in the browser to check if the same problem will occur. You can also go to OneNote client to check if the same problem will occur.
You can also try to use a different connection. For example, you can use your phone’s connection by opening a hotspot to check if the same problem will occur. This will help you troubleshoot if it is caused by firewall or proxies.
If the problem still persists after trying the suggestions above, to better understand your situation, could you provide the information below?
- May I know if you are using OneNote Online or OneNote client? If you are using OneNote client, may I know if you are using OneNote for Mac or OneNote for Windows?
- May I know if you encountered any error message when you sign in? If so, could you provide the screenshot of it?
- Do all class notebooks have the same problem? You can create a new class notebook to check if the same problem will occur.
