Error message for Class Notebook

Hi,

 I am new to Microsoft teams, I just finished my training and am attempting to set up my Class Notebook for my online class, but it is giving me an error. I created my classes yesterday and added my students, some have accepted the invitation other are still pending. As I am trying to create their Class Notebook I get the message***"We're still setting up your class. Please check back soon."*** Did I set up my courses incorrectly or is this a systems error because Teams has so many users, currently?

    Hi Rachel,

    Thanks for posting the question on our forum.

    As per your description, I want to confirm if you have tried creating a class notebook on Microsoft Teams:

    1. Open Teams.
    2. Click Teams>select Join or create team.
    3. Create a team>select Class.
    4. Select Class Notebook tab.
    5. Click Set up a OneNote Class Notebook>select Blank notebook.

    On our side, I didn’t meet the situation.

    Given the situation, have you tried creating the notebook on Teams web to check the result?

    If the issue still exists, could you please provide the following information for further analysis?

    1. Create a new Class team to check the result.
    2. The screenshot of error message.

    Hi Rachel,

    Thanks for your updates.

    Normally, we can create the Class Team and add students, to narrow down if the issue is related to the Teams client, I suggest you try it on Teams online to check the result.

    Besides, I want to confirm did you create a new Class team to check the result.

    Others, could you please provide the screenshot of error message.

    Yes, I have created a class and added students. I have followed the steps listen above to create a class Teams  and a class notebook. I am working through the desktop application and not the web browser... Could this be the issue?
