Sharing Screen

Hi, I am using an ipad on which I have the Microsoft Teams app downloaded. When sharing my screen, while making a presentation, if I get any notifications, the other attendees or participants are able to see. How do i stop them from seeing my notifications?

    Hello ChenServ,

    According to your description, I'd like to double confirm whether you selected "Share PowerPoint" or "Share screen" for the meeting. Suppose you select "Share screen", it is a normal behavior that all notifications and activities will be included. For your reference: Share content in a meeting in Teams.

    If you don't want the participants to see your notification, it is suggested that you go to iPad settings and then turn off the banner notification because it is not feasible to stop it within Teams.
