Hi There,

In the last 2 weeks Microsoft Teams has consistently been dropping mid-meeting and I get the below error.

My internet connection is good and remains connected however teams drops, and won't work until I disconnect and reconnect to the internet.

It may be 5-10 minutes into a call but it consistently happens. Any advice would be most welcome

    Hi ColmA,

Greetings. Based on your description, you can re-join the meeting after disconnect and reconnect to the Internet. Given this situation, here are some steps we may take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. When this issue happens, sign out Teams and re-sign into Teams and try again.
    2. Login into Teams online APP and join Teams meeting in there to see if there is the same result.
    3. Check your Firewalls settings to make sure it doesn't block the connection between Teams and the Internet.
    4. Please also check if there is any Antivirus that blocks connect to the network.  If convenience, temporarily disable Antivirus to see if there are any changes.

Moreover, to further investigate this issue, please contact your organization's Teams admin to use call analytics to troubleshoot the poor call quality issues for this specific meeting. You can provide the following article to your administrator for his reference: Use call analytics to troubleshoot poor call quality

    Best regards,

    Jennifer
