Hi, when I try to ulpoad a rubric in csv format, that have 10 grading criteria, the system gives me an error. if I manually delete one of the criteria on that csv (or if I recreate the rubric with only 9 grading criteria) the system upload it with no problem. I love to not be limited by this. By the way, I will love to have more than 10 grading criterias.

thanks.

Hi GABRIEL,

Thank you for the post. From your description, I assume you use Teams for Education. Since team files are stored in its corresponding SharePoint site behind the scene, you can try to upload the file in SharePoint site to check if it works.

Besides, you can try to upload the file in Teams web version to check if it helps. While if it doesn't work, may I know the size of the csv file and your Teams client version? Also, please capture a screenshot of the error message for us.

Regards,

Marvin

    Hi GABRIEL,

As far as I know, instead of uploading the csv file, you can just create a new rubric in Teams directly.

And from my test, the max criteria columns of each row is 10.

But you can have more than one row.

For your reference, see Create and manage grading rubrics in Microsoft Teams.

    Regards,

    Marvin

Hi Marvin, many thanks for your reply. We are trying Teams in an University class enviroment. This is a screenshot of the error (spanish version):

    This are the csv files:

1.ORIGINAL not modified CSV (not loading, gives the screenshot error):

2.FIXED CSV (loading but with one less grading criteria)

the first file is the exact same that I download from the system, after creating it trough the interface. It gives me an error when I try to load it again. The second file is the same, but modified in a text editor, only with the last grading criteria deleted. When I do this, the file loads with no problems.

When I upload the files trough sharepoint, I am no sure how can I link or set this files as rubrics. They dosent appear in the rubric selection.

Apart of this issue, is there any option to remove the 10 grading criteria limit? thanks.

    Gabriel.
