Hello,

For several days, I can no longer connect to TEAMS.

I keep getting the message "Sorry...we're having a problem" (Error Code: caa20002)

I even subscribed to the TEAMS Pro subscription offer to see if that could solve my problem, but it didn't.

It seems that I have a personal account and a pro account on the same email address and that the app can't launch regardless of the selection.

I tried going to settings > accounts > access work or school.

The pro account is well indicated. I tried to log out to log back in but I got the following message:

"This PC is not joined to a domain" and if I click on the "Disconnect" button, this same message appears again. and again...

In short... I don't know what to do to unlock the situation.

Please help :)

Since you said that you have already tried to check work and school account in windows setting but still not work. I am willing to help you but since we do not have have enough fixing tools and testing environment. Howeve, there is a delicate Forum which is responsible for such kinds of issues.
