Hi

I have a Teams problem. I want to share a powerpoint presentation. I have been doing this without problem previously. Now, when I click on Browse, and see the Powerpoint file on my computer I see the upload beginning but then it goes black - it stops uploading.

I have tried this on the web version of Teams and when i go through the same process the upload starts and then freezes.

I have attached a number of shots illustrating the sequence. Maybe overkill!! But, the problem is that i see the files I want, I try to upload them, and in this version, done on 'edge' the upload freezes. On the desktop version the upload image freezes and then returns to the camera shot of me.

Whichever way i try the powerpoint won't open. This problem arose mid-presentation on Thursday and has persisted. Before then there wasn't a problem.

    Hi Daniel

thanks for your response. I appreciate it.

To be clear, I have tried to solve this computer on two machines, a desktop, using the desktop Teams app, and using a laptop using the Google Chrome browser.

To rule out any cache issues I have deleted them. Unfortunately the problem still remains.

This problem remains whether i set up a new meeting or whether I try to join one that i have already set up - due to run tomorrow.
