I was setting up a team's poll and had one external person. from my government agency. When the poll was launched he could only see it in the chat and it would not allow him to give a response. A pop-up came in the middle of the screen "You don't have permission to view this poll." how or what I'm I doing wrong?

I'm sorry, but as far as I know, this feature isn't supported in Teams now for guest users.
