Does Microsoft fund or head a a grant / loan program  that gives you money specifically placed to leand relief on personal bills, Loans and for business 

, back dept on tuitions?

Hi Randy,

I am afraid the Microsoft Philanthropies awards cash grants to nonprofit organizations, it's not likely to receive the empowering program for personal bills.
