Additional features, settings, or issues not covered by specific Microsoft Teams categories
Hello David,
Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Based on your post, we understand that Teams channel is active but you are not able to interact with that specific one Teams (group) and only in your tablet you get the notification that team has been deleted or that you are not a member of such affected Team. Given this situation, we would like to suggest you to kindly use different computer and login to Teams Web app and check if you are able to interact with the affected Teams or not and kindly verify Teams is not updated in hidden list. If its hidden, unhide it by click on more option button (…) > click on Show.
Further kindly check if other Teams member are facing with such issue or not. If other members has no issue, suggest you to kindly check Teams member list and verify you are listed in the member’s list. If you are on member list and on Teams web app, you are not able to access Teams, try to re-add your account (as a member of Teams) from Teams admin center.
- To do so : Login with Teams admin account on Teams Admin center > Teams > Manage Teams > open your affected Teams > remove your account from the member’s list and add it again
If Teams online app is working fine and you are facing issue in your Tablet only, we suggest you to kindly check your Teams and Tablet is updated with latest software.
