MS Teams - closed captioning and transcripts

Hi,

I'm struggling to get the closed captioning and transcripts features running on MS Teams.

I can get CC running when I run a teams meeting but when I playback the recording (either in MS Teams or MS Streams) the CC has not been recorded.

Also - the tutorials show that if you look into the view settings menu you can find show transcripts -> mine doesn't show this choice at all (I just have a theater mode button, playback quality/speed ect)

    Based on your description about “Also - the tutorials show that if you look into the view settings menu you can find show transcripts -> mine doesn't show this choice at all”, at once please try to double verify that if “Allow transcription” option is enabled for you under****Meeting policy setting from Team admin center.If you are not Office 365 global admin, you need to contact to your Office admin to knowing this such settings and further help.

    On the other hand, transcription for recorded meetings is currently only supported for users who have the language in Teams set to English and when English is spoken in the meeting.
