Audio not Playing when Sharing Content on Microsoft Teams Room on Andrio

Hello Support
Am using Logitech rally bar with Tap, when sharing content into a meeting or as a presentation outside the meeting,

audio content doesn't play when content is shared.

I figure out that MTRoW plays audio content.

Kindly assist with a solution to this problem as it is a very big issue am experiencing on all Rally bar installation

Hi Adebayo,

I spoke to Logitech about this and this was their response;

Unfortunately MTRoA does not support audio via HDMI Ingest (Tap or Device). This is an application level limitation and Microsoft is aware of this. This feature is expected to be added in future CollabOS releases. Unfortunately, the ETA for the release is unknown.

I had to set up an Apple TV in the room as a second input for the tv to have it work for my board which is pretty poor if you ask me to have this an issue still after 12 months since my first inquiry.

This feature of HDMI ingest with SOUND is a no brainer and must get fixed. This equipment was very expensive. Please update us from Microsoft and Logitech if you can.

It still doesn't seem to be working in update Version: 1.10.405, anyone had any success or updates from Microsoft or Logi on this issue?

Hi Christine,

This was fixed in May with the latest collabOS update. I haven't had any issues since then.

I have had no update on this yet.

It's getting really frustrating as it's supposed to be an AIO solution but it's not if presenters have to create a Teams meeting everytime they want to share video content.
