Remove "Ghost" Deleted Planners from Task App

In playing with the new tasks app, I was inadvertently able to semi-attach planners to private channels.  When adding a new list or plan from the app in the bottom left corner, my private channels appeared when asked what channel to add the planner to.  MSFT appears to have fixed now, as only public channels are able to be selected.

I've since deleted or moved these planners to public channels.  However, I'm now left with ghost planners in my shared plans section.  They either appear to still be in the private channel or are empty planner shells w/o a connected channel.  Everyone on the team can see these.  Does anyone know of a way to fix this or get rid of it?

We have the same issue, apparently due to a channel with planners being deleted, leaving the planners as orphans. The channels cannot be undeleted. We just need a way to clean up orphan plans.

Yes, these ghost planners that I have are as a result of deleting the planner itself on planner 365 app.  The planners themselves are gone.

    Hi Pearce,

My name is Didi, an Independent Advisor.

Currently, creating a Planner tab in private channels is under review. It seems to be an abnormal behavior from your experience though.

Nonetheless, have you tried deleting the task on this link?: https://tasks.office.com/

    Let me know the result.

    Thank you.
