Good morning,

One of our clients has reported us that they are unable to share Planner with guest users on Teams, as you can see in the attached picture.

I've read this thread (https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/error-loading-user-settings-please-try-again-if/67361990-e862-4cfe-a85d-ebde78ff358e), but now it's closed and my client is experiencing this problem.

If you need anything else from my side or client's side, just let me know and I'll gather the information required.

Thanks

Best regards

Hello Miguel Gonzalez Vigil,

Thanks for your post here.

From your description, you cannot access Planner as a guest in an organization. Given this situation, I suggest you go to Teams Web App and check it you receive the same error. It can help us determine whether it only happened on Teams client.

Besides, you can also try clicking the Planner tab and selecting Go to website button at the upper-right corner and see if you can access it.

To better help you with your problem, please provide the following information to me:

1.  Please check if other guests in this organization have the same error.

2.  Try to sign out and sign in again to see if you still have the same error.

3.  How long the problem lasts?

4.  Whether the same issue occurs when you access Planner tab in other teams?

Thanks for your time.

Regards,

Seven

    Hello Seven Zhou MSFT,

    Thanks for you reply!

Regarding point 4, the client says the following:

We have another user, extern user as well without account in our tenant and he cannot use Planner neither. The user is using a corporative e-mail address, and this user works inside a specific Team within Teams.

But this user has access with a Gmail account and she can use Planner in that Team with her Gmail account (previously they added her as contact).

I've asked the client if other external guests who are working in that Team have the same problem, trying to isolate as much as possible the issue.

    Thanks,

    Best regards
