Hi Rogelio Rivas (rogelio.rivas),

Based on your description, your issue is that anyone cannot hear you in Teams. In this case, we would like to suggest you

firstly check your Teams updates,  make sure your Teams app always gets the latest version.

Secondly, check your default audio settings: click your profile picture at the top of Teams, then Settings > Devices. Under Audio devices, pick the mic you want Teams to use by default. Make sure you select the right audio devices in Teams.

Thirdly, double confirm if your mic is muted in Teams meetings, like snapshots below:

If it is your scenario, please click the mute button change into unmute status.

If it is not your scenario, to help you further, please make a test call in Teams then upload the result screenshots to us, test call results will analyses if there are any audio problems with your device.

Also we would like to collect more information from your side:

1: what is your operating system?

2: if you sign in Teams web app, is the problem persists there?

Regards,

Grace
