join button disappeared.

I am unable to join the meetings in microsoft teams because t i cant see the join button

Hello UswaAzhar,

Thanks for your post in Microsoft community. Regarding your issue, suggest you to kindly open Teams web app in Google Chrome browser and then check if you have “Join button” option to join Teams meeting. Further during such checking, please close other all apps and browser’s tab to avoid conflict (if any).

For Teams client app, suggest you to check your Teams app is updated with latest version. Many times, old client version causing this type of issue. So we need to make sure that our Teams client app is updated with latest version.

• To check this: Click on your Teams profile picture and then navigate to “Check for Update option” > now restart Teams app (by right-click the Teams icon in the taskbar > Quit) and then open again to check the result.

Still same issue occurs, suggest you to configure your Teams account with different device to compare the difference. It helps to identify, if issue is related with your account or device.

Further during such troubleshoot time period, if you have any upcoming Teams meeting, suggest you to open your meeting invitation and Select Join Microsoft Teams Meeting link to join it. For details, please see Join a meeting in Teams by link.

Thanks for posting here. Regarding your issue, suggest you to change your network (use open network where there is no firewall and antivirus blocking teams) and check the result. If antivirus software running on your PCs, please temporarily close them to see if it helps.

• If still same issue occurs, suggest you to restart Teams app with Re-login your Teams account to check if is there any difference to join class teams meetings.
• Login to Teams Online App  via Chrome browser and try to join teams meeting.

      sir I cannot join the class the join icon appear but does not connect to class.
