My license is E3. When I sent the files to MS Team but can't send them. It shows unable to connect to OneDrive. Please try uploading again. Normally I can be sent files without logging in OneDrive. I tried login OneDrive as well but still can't.
It shows you don't have permission.

Dear Wittaya Eamdeelert,

Thanks for writing back and sharing the requested information.

As per the updated information, it seems that you are not having permission to access your OneDrive for Business. So I suggest you contact your SharePoint Online Admin of your organization and follow the below steps:

Go to the SharePoint Online Admin center> More Features> User Profies> Manage User Profiles> Search for the problematic user> In the search result, right-click on the user> Manage site collections owners> See whether the searched user name is listed at Primary Site Collection Administrator.

If the user name is not listed as Primary Site Collection Administrator, please enter the user name and save it to check the behavior from your end.

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Mia | Microsoft Community Moderator

ImageI would like you to check with other users in your organization to see whether they encounter the same problem?

    I found only 1 person.

At last, do you encounter the same problem when you try in a different browser? Could you also provide the screenshot of error message?
Yes, the same problem. Tried accessing another browser but still same. I never found it before. Normally I assigned the license to the account for these.

    Dear Wittaya Eamdeelert,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per the description shared, I understand the problem at your end i.e., you are not able to upload the files in the Teams and when you try to upload it will give you an error. Since you mentioned "I tried login OneDrive as well but still can't. It shows you don't have permission.", I would like to confirm you encountered the no permission error when you access your OneDrive for Business in the browser?

If yes, I would like you to check with other users in your organization to see whether they encounter the same problem?

At last, do you encounter the same problem when you try in a different browser? Could you also provide the screenshot of error message?

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,
