How do I add my picture to show when my camera is off during team meetings instead of my initials?

Good day to you.

You can click the profile at right-upper of Teams client> click your picture like the screenshot below> Upload picture.

The sync could need some time. If there isn't change after wait a while, I suggest you sign out and back in to check the result.

    Can a Teams admin help me because for the last like 3 maybe 4 weeks ago I changed my picture and it wont update it shows the new picture on the home area but when I go into a call it shows my old picture and it wont update can someone please help me. Thanks.
