Displaying your screen content to others during a Teams meeting or call for collaboration
Hi, Jessica,
My name is Didi. I'm happy to help you today.
Sorry to hear about this issue. If I may ask, was there a difference when inviting the user or asking the user to join during the meeting rather than the user joining from the email link or calendar?
Did it also happen in both the desktop and the web version, https://teams.microsoft.com/?
I suggest opening the PowerPoint app before the meeting starts then sharing the window instead of using the PowerPoint live feature when in Teams.
The user could also try clearing the Teams cache using the instructions on the link for their device and see if it helps.
