Approval Report

I use the Approval process in Teams to allow for file reviews. At any one time, I have up to 20 files in some stage of review. Is there a way I can create a report that consolidates all of the approval requests? This would be much more efficient than scrolling the Activity view to get status. Thanks!

    So far as I know, there's no such feature yet. See Manage your approvals in Microsoft Teams - Power Automate | Microsoft Docs. However, you may further consult the GitHub Support Community if any coding method can work this out. Your understanding is highly appreciated!
