Hi ,

I faced a problem , and i hope you can help me with ! 

So i screen record a teams meeting and later on when i checked it it was muted and my mac is on. after searching i found out that it is muted for security or privacy reasons. However , i really need help to unmute this meeting because i need the audio to write a recap meeting. PLEASE HELP :(!

    Hi Manar,

    Thanks for your posting.

    I fully understand your feeling, but if your record has no sound, we can't use any tool to unmute it. If you want to have records with sounds, you can ask your IT admin to help you with this issue, maybe there are some policy in your organization, so that you cannot record successfully.
